does anyone know of any classic mini mechanics in the newcastle upon-tyne area that could do some work on my car at home?thanks dob

Micks minis, very near newburn bridge, and theres macs minis in gosforth. No experience of macs but Mick is spot on, great prices, trustworthy had plenty of bits and pieces done there.

If you want any details of macs if thats a bit closer message 'the-womble' he does some work for him...

hello jordie,the thread on tne l/h rear stud axle is shot and so is the thread for the shock,the person i got the car from said her boyfriend damaged it when trying to take it apart,i don't know if i have to replace the stud or just buy a reconditiond radius arm and i'll need them removed from my car and replaced,i have the car in my garage so will have to have the work done there..dob

I cant remember which side is opposite thread, but it sounds like when trying to undo the nut hes tightened it.

Whats your location and how soon do you need this work done?

i live in walker(east end) i will buy a radius arm then if you want to do the work you can do it whenever suits you..thanks dob
