well a good update today got the under neath painted in 2k blue and got the boot and engine bay painted in ford imperial blue so all in all very good progress check out the photos

Need to get the front subframe powder coated this week so i can start putting the subframe and rear axle back in

just had a delivery from mini sport
new hardened steel drive flanges' ebc green stuff brake pads' polly bushes for front sub frame' new mintex rear brake shoe assembly and u bolt claps for steering rack

hi nice project you got there im likeing the 4 pots also is that blue nautilus blue by any chance if so mine just been done in that too

cleaned front sub frame of to day will prep tomorrow and seam weld it to and strength

prime it and paint it 2k black friday ready to fit it up this weekend hope fully

going to be a very bizzy weekend getting it painted and putting sub frame and axle beam in got to love the bank holidays more mini time lol

sub frame all preped and seam welded will prime tomorrow lunch time and hopefully paint back of doors, door shuts'

back of boot and bonnet tomorrow night

I have to hang doors' boot and bonnet on to paint as imperial blue is very transparent colour even with a under coat so i need to make sure it is all the same colour.

long day to day as started at 8.30 and didnt finish work untill 4.30 but stayed on and painted the in side of the mini

finished at 8.30 but got the in side painted which is good going in tomorrow to paint the out side

all the panels and sub frame heres some pics for to day

right just a quick up date as off to work for final big push to get 2 doors out side of boot and bonnet bonnet painted

after a 12 hour day yesterday this is the result a very nice looking clubby

paint bits to day and sub frame and were all done for the painting of the shell

just got 2 coopers petrol tanks to paint with roll cage and thats it

then its the putting back together which i cant wait for

i think its looking pretty good tell me what you think people
