update.... not much work done on the shortie been busy working (roll on summer rota)

what i have been doing is cleaning up the trailer for sale, should be on Flea-bay later, anyone intrested pm for more details
oh by the way its all steel. (Wheels are not included in sale)

well the trailer didn't sell, winner didn't come up with the cash, ah well move on

so on with the shortie, still struggling to find time, but got a bit done, the drivers seat is mounted on the new crossmembers the rear crossmember is now finally welded in place, its getting there.

i keep looking at the bonnet, and i'm not sure about it, so question time bonnet with or without letter box????

hey mate lovely work i was wondering the holes in the scuttle they look great but do they let water on to the electrics by any chance cheers

Yes but only when its raining, to be honest i'm looking to put the electrics inside but with no roof wet eletrics are the least of my worries

Had a day off this week went out in the shed, stayed there all day, had a spare bonnet kicking about (black one) first off stripped off all the paint, then ran the angle grinder down the centre using the welder and a panel beating kit, i flatted down the swage and welded it all back together, i like this one better than the one on the shortie at the moment

what do you guys think?

its a just a light skim over when its rubbed down most of it will be on the floor
