this is awesome! fantastic work I love shorties! :- do you still have the ka dash and want to sell by any chance? i quite like the look personally lol
your getting on great and all the hours are paying off, dont forget its easy to miss ripples in grey primer but easy to spot if you mist on some top coat

A nice brilliant bright white with black would be great! i've been looking at vauxhall arctic white for a project :P

Been outside trying to sort out the mountings for the seats, what you can't see is, under all the holes is another 25x25x1mm box it could be over the top but you can never be to safe, before welding, i will re-inforce under the top surface for the seat fittings, got another bargin off flea-bay both seats off £34.00

note the strenghting across the heel board

Sunday afternoon footie has been cancelled so off to the shed, more fabrication, this time the front seat/crossmember, note it's not had the ends shaped to fit the contours of the floor before the final welding in place the floor will be cleaned up, all this work and no one will see any of it

well mini_matt it looks heavy duty but with all the bits missing, roof. pillars, glass, doors, 18" of body, seams, bumpers, rear seat and then anything that can have holes drilled in it, should still be on the slim side, put it this way you can bump the back across drive way on your own

Cheers Mark, tell you what see as your local, when its done i'll take you for a blast in it
