You can put money on being told you need an IVA.


Your only hoping of putting it on the road without an IVA, or seriously flouting the rules, is if it was modified, and used on the road, before the SVA / IVA was introduced. What does the V5 call it, how many seats does it say?

For all VOSA do the tests it's really a decision for the DVLA to decide if you need one.
