Vicky, think its what the old owner called her, however she seems 60% more likely to break when I call her Vicky, so I tihnk I might need a new name.

Mine is called "Sparky" because of the NGK at the end of his Reg Plate.

Mine's called Layla, purely because of all of the Leyland badges that was on it when I got her.

"Hey, Layla!
The stars are about to fall
So what d'you say, Layla?
The world around us makes me feel so small, Layla!"

Mine was called Dennis (as it was a menace to work and drive) After looking to get new reg plates as mine were tatty I found the name a previous owner had given it and went with that... Mr Green (yes its blue!)

I picked up my one year old son from nursery and as we arrived home and he saw it for the first time I said "It's a Mini".
He tried to hug it and said "MiMi" out loud so that was that.

MiMi's done three kids to and from school every day, come rain or shine, summer and winter, ever since.

When I bought it, the only appropriate name was "Rusty". Since it's been completely restored, that is really no longer fitting, so I usually just call it Clubby, lacking better ideas.

"Joyce's Blues" It's a long story,almost as long as "why I have a Mini".

She also has another name."Black Enamaled B***h".She's only called that by one person and only when the service isn't going smoothly,or when she bites him.

Mine's called Buddy or Bud for short, named so because the last 3 letters of the number plate are BUD so it was just logical really. Also called Bud due to being my best friend and never failing to start for me.

My '60 Mini is called Graham Crackers due to the previous owner being named Graham. My '67 Elf is called Biscuits, not sure why, just came to me after snaking.
