Warm water and / or a scraper - de-icer is an evil substance environmentally and should only be used in the deepest of winters - it's not been that bad yet! :tongue:

tesco sell this stuff in a spray bottle. its ment to stop ice forming. u spray it on, on a nite.
I dint buy any as i thought food was more important for the lil money i had, its £3.79 or something and looks like a clear window spray bottle.

just boil a kettle, but let it settl for a few minutes. voila. unless youre parked on the road, cz the water could freeeze in the road and cause an accident. if youre parked on the road bang the heater on and get scraping lol. spend the money you've saved on your mini.

the best way to avoid ice on the windscreen is dont have one you get a clear veiw of the road until your eyes freeze closed.

or u could just get windows that heat up and that gets rid of the ice so u can sit in the car all warm and let the heated windscreens do all the magic?! xx :tongue:
