
Best Paint Stripper?

don't say get it shot blasted or sand it back
i want paint stripper please
so anyone know any good ones?

And only used it on small parts rather then panels etc.
Its messy and hard work as the paint needs scrubbing off after the stripper as started to lift it.

I have been using a hot air paint stripper gun and scraper on mine and works pretty well, not to much mess either. It is slow but doing an hour at a time as no rush.

Wow, that must have been a low-grade paint used. Not hurling insults mind you. A factory paint job (especially for a classic Mini vintage vehicle) would have been baked at 2-300°C from the factory, so if a heat gun is peeling it off, it must have been a low-durability paint like cellulose. (or perhaps the heat gun is more like a blowtorch?)

It's pretty good stuff, I've used it on bonnets and bikes before.
What are you using it for, what kind of paint are you trying to take off?
