Does any one have a decent technical drawings of a mini sump guard including bend angles?
Want to try and make my own?

Use CAD............ Cardboard Aided Design, mock it up and see what you get 
The pictures above are for a short guard, a long or Scottish guard would cover to about the kick panel.
