1) Car accident en route to airport
2) Car hire forgotten by Thomson - no car provided after 1.5 hour wait
3) Complex main pool closed, empty and a fall hazard to toddlers

4) Complex self catering shop closed all week because the staff went on holiday
5) Apartment located one foot away from only usable child pool and 30 under fives!
6) Apartment dirty

Dust everywhere

Grime and pubic hair
7) Window faulty and insecure and it fell out of its frame

8) Bathroom drain cover broken

9) Cracked Plaster everywhere

10) Broken Mains Socket

11) Broken Toaster
12) Unworkable convection oven
13) Cracked Tiles

14) Split wood and swollen doors, the bathroom door would not close!

15) Flight Home, seat swapping gallore. This really happened and only the other week!

If you want your holiday ruined, go with Thomson!

We always book with Thomas cook as they do everything to make sure you have a good holiday

In feb our flight was delayed due to storms and they put us up in a 5* hotel full board. It was great.

in this one the hotel must of caved in, but only in this corridor


and this one, a bit fuzzy. they have special hangers that split to stop you stealing them, it comes off but the hook stays on the rail so you cant use them anywhere else. but on here you can lift the rail off and remove the whole hanger. i didnt take them tho, there crap.

oh yeah and they also had one of those safety catches on the door. you know the chains you slide on that allow you to open the door a litle bit but then people cant push the door open, well this was on the wrong way round so you just open the door and it falls off.

and also, the toilet door hits the toilet when you open it, which was quite funny.

Oh dear. Thomson doesn't seem to change. 25 years ago they stranded us on a Greek island without our luggage and this year they sent us to the wrong villa in Portugal, so we were stuck in the countryside on a Sunday afternoon, with our only recourse a mobile phone call to Thomson's "24/7" helpline -- which announced itself closed!
Well, we thought in 25 years they might have learned something. Wrong.
I'll add our details if anyone is thinking of a mass complaint to Watchdog.
