engine should be in and running tomorrow! transfered my insurance over so ill be driving to work monday in it! happy days...

drivers floor pan
inner wing
ive also repaired the seat cross memeber where it had rotted through
and also the leading edge of the toe board where the floor pan joins in
each was cut out, and new panel seam welded into place, i have the a-panel and scuttle closing panel to fit tonight, and thats the drivers side done (aprat from seam sealing and stonechipping) next weekend ill be attacking the passengerside! and hopefully ill have my comp working fully then to upload pictures!

well ill be watching this close as your old mini was insepration for mine an i know you make a nice mini
cheers mate! i hope this turns out better than the white mini did, its definitly going to be as solid with the ammount of welding ive been doing lol got the door step finished n all welded up last night, started on the end of the sill where it meets the inner wing, but the bleedin welding gas ran out! sods law ay! gotta wait till thursday to get a refill.... at least ill be able to crack on on the weekend!

got some more done last night, had a nightmare with the door though! before i cut anything out, i measured everything twice, to get the right fit etc, but when it came to fitting the door, to my horror it wasnt sitting straight, and didnt fit! turned out to be a twisted door, the frame had cracked over the years and dropped, twisting the door out of shape! luckily i have a few spares and found one that fitted near bang on! more updates soon!!!
