its more the frustrating mate, its disheartening, they promised me a 2 week turn around, been nearly 4, so my build time is shrinking fast, i might end up pulling a few sickies to get it finished ready in time, but thats only if i get it back before end of the week!

I can only imagine how you feel with it mate, each time I see a new post to this I get hopeful of seeing the car painted

Hope the paint turns out well, I know how you feel, had to wait over 4 weeks with my car away at the paintshop

It'll be well worth it in the end though, hopefully you wont miss your deadline, but even if you do (like I did, finished 4 months after my test), then it wont matter, as you'll have a Mint Mini!

cheers for the support guys, still no news to report im afraid, went up the paint shop after work tonight to see if anything has been done, but it was all locked up, so upset bout it all, i know the paint job is done as mates rates, and the 1st thing they said was yeah no worries, 2 weeks and it'll be back at yours all painted... 4 weeks on, and only very little has been done, will be gutted if i miss L2B, been looking forward to it ever since i started the rebuild! gonna pop up in the morning before i go to work and see if anythings done that can be posted about... chin up and all that ay lol

thats the mock up, looks completely differnt to the real thing, much better than expected! in the next 11 days it will be transformed into a fully road worthy car
