what would you use to drill the head out like this an there is a water pocket witch runs right through there isnt there ?If you have a mill this mod is supposed to give you amazing power...

i looked into this in some depth a while back, and started building a prototype engine. i may as well disclose the identity of the head, it was from a hyundai amica, and i could see NO reason why this wasnt going to work, the only reason i shelved it and then sold it was because i was worried about how much it was going to cost to build, as at the time i had a really badly paid job and was struggling to make ends meet. it was a guy from minispeed that bought it in the end, i assumed they would finish off where i left it and sell the idea/drawings/complete units?
and yes i do realise hyundai arnt japanese, wasnt deliberate, i just didnt think, hope the link to my thread below works....

the cheapest and easisest conversion is the 8v Cinq head, flows well too,
