Then I fitted the manifold using a new big bore gasket.
And then the rest ot the system just slid on, a perfect fit, no wiggling or liggling about, just slid it on and tightened up the clamps.
Sorry about the last pic, but i dont have a ramp so could not get any pics of the underside. But its not very exciting under there really.
Im off for a scud now so will post a report later on.

I've got the same exhaust to go on mine so it's good to hear it's a top notch!

not sure why they recommended the double box to you??? i was always under the impression that the single was the better performing???

Thanks Chris.... Yeah..I was on the Thistle Run this weekend. 300 miles of fast driving. And your right, it sounds much better now. Once the revs are up it gets a lovely "bark". The guys at Maniflow said this is the best setup for my engine spec. And to be honnest I dont know enough about it. So just went with what they said. Ive had a look at the Yellow bible and its all a bit over my head. I understand the flow and pulse stuff in the LCB but then it all gets a bit to much for me when the bore size and lenght of pipe stuff kicks in.havent a clue at the change in cam... probably something to do with the change in back pressure... dont worry tho... youll find the exhaust still needs to bed in and line itself with carbon and soot etc... mine sounded uber quiet when i stuck it on... even tho mine was the single box... but after about 100 miles it really started to clear its throat nicely:)

This Maniflow system is the dogs dangglies as far as Im told....But it just doesnt rasp and bark like my old 2 inch straight through system....Sooooooo I kept the Maniflow stage 2 freeflow LCB fitted..(Im not totally crazy), and fitted my straight through system to it..
Ive now got my lovely popping......Raspy noises back with no significant loss of power....well maybe a couple of horses had to be put down....
