I don't think they are rusted all the way along the sill, just where the doors have been leaking darn rain!
Thanks

A complete pattern floor is around £160, thats the whole car.
Just a front floor pan is around £13 this includes the innersill. But you can get just the inner sill repair section which does front and back also about same money.
Outer sill is around £10
I can't vouch for the full floor, but pattern floor pans , sills and inner sills all fit no problems.
Just fitted a front pan to mine.

overall the parts cost me about £8 per sill (ebay) and i had to buy some sheet metal to plate other areas. about £10
as far as i can tell (by looking at others people welding) that what i did was quite good. although i need a lot of practice at using body filler, because its a bit lumpy and pitted in areas, but im gonna cover it with carpets.
apart from that tho it was quite fun and something to add to my experience list

You cant buy a complete pattern floor, it is heritage but it has no crossmember , heelboard or outer sills

I would charge about £300 in labour for that, so about £350 including panels.

i have recently done my inner sills with no welding experience at all.

Snap! My first welding job was an outer sill. I remember crapping myself when i cut the old one off but if you take your time its a great learning experience and will save you an absolute packet.

Maybe I need to get myself a welder and give it a go myself on some old panels...
Not sure whether to get this one done by someone who knows what they are doing and then practice for next problem.
will have to save up for either so for now... think I will just duct tape it up to stop the water coming up from the underneath!
thanks
