Looks like he got a good send off, only wish I could have been there.
The TMF wreath looks good, we still have some money to donate to Charity in his name as well.

Was a lovely send off, he wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
Made the 500 mile trip with no problem's between the 3 of us that came from the south east, which was brilliant.

thankyou everyone that was able to make darryls day a fitting tribute. i was very pleased that the minis were allowed to park alongside darryl. the flowers are coming back to the house today as the undertaker did not want to leave then, they are so special that i have decided to keep the tardis in the house for a long while yet. themini shaped wreath will also stay, and the taffy1967 from the tmf members will go and sit by darryls mini in the garage. i really am proud to be part of the mini club and the mini scene where everybody have grouped together to pay a beautiful tribute to darryl that will never be forgotten.

It was a wonderful service, very fitting for Taffy, Crocks and I managed to get joey down, despite a few last min fixes, she now runs fine, I think we managed to keep the convoy together(ish) from Taffy's house to the service due to her being bright and in the middle of the line up. our thoughts are with marie and with all the family during this difficult time.

gosh, tears came to my eyes seeing/reading this and seeing everyone who went there and seeing all the mini's at his funeral, wish i could have been there. was such a beautiful send off.

Just got back today guys, about 20 minutes ago actually from my family hols where I couldnt get online and have just seen that taffy was laid to rest yesterday, sorry I couldnt be there, would love to have been. Looks like it was a great send off though, and well done to all that went, to show he was a loved member of the forum.
