I bought mine as a whole package. it included the radio and everything else to get you going... i got it at ModelZone too, but at a shop. I can't seem to find it on their website.

edit: I should start reading better, now I understand you want to do it yourself...

Literally just finished watching "The Gadget Show" and they just done a test with RC cars to see which was the best for the novice RC car driver. One of which was a mini cooper.... which won!! lol. :teehee: Soooo, mini RC cars are clearly better then any others, just like the real thing! :sneaky:

This is the behind the scenes of the episode i just saw... cant find the actual vid to show you all though...... :)

I'm after RC Italian Job Mini at reasonable price (or something I could turn into Italian Job Mini RC, either from the film or the 90's Rover version).
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Many Thanks and Best Wishes

I managed to get one of these in the meantime, which is good just gotta wait for it in the post.
Could do with something higher spec.

That's Lovely!!! I could of got that one, but prefer the one with red roof as more like Italian Job. You're one is better though as limited edition.

Best Wishes

I probably better get my nitro car working again soon (after 3 years :) )

it was bought a few years back for about £40 complete but engine didn't turn over so it had never been used. Obviously, couldn't pass on putting a bigger engine in being young :) , got it going and then after an hour, fuel needle snapped off >_< putting and end to it.

Started to make a new aluminium top deck to match the bottom one but is now sat in the garage roof :ermm: . I'm too ashamed to show the unpainted shell as it is a 205 but was up for making a steel or aluminium one that resemble a Mini :P .

Really I should be fixing it at the moment but the garden has been built on and my friend's one has also broken  so hey-ho.

I have decided (after smashing up my current shell) to do a shell from scratch!

Sooo, I am going to do the ABC Mini Pick-up, after much reading, I understand best methods etc and am ready for the challenge.

I have decided to do it Posted Image with white arches and full body stripes (off centre, one larger one smaller).

What you think?

Couple of details I am missing, I want some decent unique mini style wheels that will fit the M03 and need slightly stiffer shocks, any ideas where from?

I have some decent alloy rims coming, not plastic but proper alloy apparently.

Got the paint, masking and some odd bling coming.

Just need to get my hands on the bloody shell.
