Actually, I do have an opportunity to buy a custom made roll cage for the pick up. If I did that then the bar could be mounted to that....?

Yeah that would be the best way but it would still need to go behind the seat so it wont go fully back. Although I do think those seats slope quite a bit at the back so you maybe able to position it where it wont interfere with the seat.

I bought one of these bars a couple of weeks ago and they're brilliant. The only problem i have is i can't seem to find a harness to fit to the bolt through design. I have some 3 point sparco harness' but they seem to be too long at the back even on the smallest adjustment setting. It seems asthough all the back extension needs removing nearly to make them fit. Is there a way to make them fit or do i need different harness', if so where do i get them? They must be 3 point though as that is the type of bar i have.

Thanks

Can you post a picture as I'm not sure why they cant be adjusted to fit, most harnesses have adjustment for fixings that range from just behind the drivers seat to a couple of feet behind the seat?

I would like one of the above but with the mounts on the inside of the arches, not on top please :) Unpainted too if that makes it cheaper as I will be painting it my own colour anyway :)

And as if by magic its in my house.... Thanks for the quick turnaround Jon! Great product, can't wait to try and get it mirror polished.....need to buy some elbow grease i think....

Heres some pics. Plan is to try and polish this up to mirror finish but if that doesn't work out paint it either body colour (cranberry red) or roof colour (Rover Quicksilver) Just need to get the harness eye bolts for it and Im done :) Thankfully they don't cost the earth....at only £1.30 per bolt

Seem to remember hearing that chrome plated affects the metal somehow so might not be a good idea lol Would look better painted but just my opinion ;-) ELMO still thinking about the harness bar for the pickup but not really come up with a decent design yet, sorry.
