I'm working in Blackpool this week, are you anywhere near this area? If not, home is near Inverness, so I'll need it posted. £50 is a bargain, you're good to th TMF'ers :)

Cheers, Gareth

In Lincolnshire unfortunatly, will get it sent out asap for you ;-)

Could you make for a pick up? Obviously design would need to be altered drastically

Just had a look at my mates Pick-up shell, there is nowhere on the B pillars to bolt onto as its double skin and you cant get into it to attach nuts etc. The only option is to go through the back panel as close to where the pick up sides fix to the panel as there are strengthening plates there to help spread the load. It would mean you would have to drill through the back panel and then use a spreader plate on the back (which I would supply) I didnt have my camera with me so cant show you exactly what I mean but I have made some brackets and mocked it all up so will get you some pictures tomoro if you are still interested?

This is my initial idea with the brackets at the end bolted through the rear bulkhead with 2 x M10 bolts and large 3mm spreader plates on the back. Wrap around fitting for the harnesses themselves would be best and due to the proximity of the seats to the harness bar there is no real need to fit harness guides although I could if you really wanted them.

Hmm, that does look good but I guess its going to mean the seat has to sit further forward which would restrict leg room even more?

Thanks Jon. much appreciated.

Maybe you could take inspiration from how teapot had his harness bar in his pick up?
