I have a 1995 Cooper (SPi) with British Racing Green paint (and white roof). Could anyone tell me the paint code for the green paint?

The paint code on the VIN plate is RCR, but the codes I've seen on spray cans begin with the letter "H" or "L".

(I didn't just want to get any BRG paint can since I've heard there are 2 or 3 variants!)

Many thanks.

RCR is the combined code for british racing green and a white roof.

The green is most likely to be HAM. If your having repairs done then have a look at the varient colour chips against your car in good day light to see which is the best match.

If its a full respray your having, go with the standard shade of HAM as it makes things easier later on if you need later repairs.
