you should be able to manage with the runners on it you remove the waist seals (that's the trim along the bottom of the opening). Where does it get stuck, do you get the glass back in side the frame?

i did this today, u need a haynes manual.
i will warn ya now, i am crap at explaining and will not always use technical words, sorry lol
it might be best is there is 2 of you, 1 to hold the glass and 1 to put the runners on the rails
u want the rails atatch to the window first. then you need to unscrew the window windey bit in the centre, they were rather stiff for me, then slide the window in (take off the seal bits first).
you want to atatch the runners onto the rails in the big hole where you took the winder out, starting with the rail closest to the car (it will be obvious why), once they are on gently move the window down with the winder mechanism, and screw back into place. then just re-atatch all the fixings

I found it easiest to fit the rubber to the glass then the runner over the rubber. Surprising how well those runners hold on when new!
