does any one no where i can get lambo doors for a mini and has anybody got any pics with them on a classic mini cheers :grin:

Look very carefully into this idea, I'm sure I've heard about problems with the hinges not being great and starting to give up after a while?

Ollie your pic isn't lambo doors. Lambo's go straight up and still hinge in the a panel, but yeah auto fashion do them for about 1500 i believe! :saywhat:

imho lambo doors should stay on a lambo i think they look awful on any other car (except spectrum from M.A.SK. )

The hardest car to fit a lambo door kit to is a mini (and even if it's a specialy made one for the mini like autofasions) Mini's and lambo doors don't go (not with style just very hard to fit) :sad:

and Ollie I think those doors are butterfly doors (cool :cool: )

I know it's not a real mini but heres one with lambo doors.. I was thinking about this..

My second favourite car is a lamborghini diablo... It would be a gallardo but the doors don't go up...

But it maight look a bit over the top... and i've heard the hinges go quickly too.

I know its not for a Mini but it can only be worse on a Mini as tyhere is a lot less space.
A guy I know off CruisinUK.com who goes by the name of MORLEY (doesn't he have massive hands anyone that knows him) fitted lambo doors to his show winning Corsa. Well as it was a daft (but funny) car it suited them.
He was saying the other day that they were a pain to fit, need constant adjustment and drop an inch over a month, so you can't open them without difficulty.
Plus IN MY OPINION (for you touchy tmf'ers) they would look really C**p on a Mini. Spend your money on some nice shiney bits or something to make it go faster or scoot round corners better.

i think suicide doors are cool, who saw the one on that mini in mini world couple of months back with the bini glass roof.. that was cool
