fiesta brake conversion today, stupid 10 inch wheels still dont fit though!!!!! :P

took some bits off - exhaust interior trim some electrical gubbins and the rockers - couldt get the head off though - the left most stud was bloody tight!

Found out that one of my tow eyes is fallen off :) .

Fitted the front suspension and hubs. I hate shimming ball joints. But Haggis is a rolling shel again. WOO HOO!!

Nope ^_^ Topped it up while in Cornwall, drove back to northampton, and it had lost that much! About 850ml I think. I did the timing cover, it's still leaking from the head gasket and goodness knows where else!

How did you secure your dash?

Also i bought some new wheels nuts for my mini so my special wheels wont fall off :)

Welded a nut in each corner of the dash rail then counter bored hole in the dash and used counter sunk Allen head bolts to secure the dash which produced a flush finish. On the bottom of the dash I made some alloy brackets which where fiberglassed to the dash then bolted to lower dash rail.

Got my boyfriend to work on my mini! Just engine bits and pieces... He took her to his house last week and I'm sad she isn't on my drive!
