I striped the underseal off the o/s rear arch and painted it green, also gave the subby and radius arms a coat of black, so it's all looking good apart from the other side which is a job for tomorrow.

fitted the new halogen replacement lamps this morning, but had to wait all day for it to get dark! lookin' good!

eventually managed to get the hub off my car to replace the wheel bearing and ball joints...

Pushed the spotlamps into the grille & bent it by running into a deer on the way to work

I fitted my new black boot lid aaaaand installed my sub/amp aaand finalised with the body shop what works happening next week

Picked it up from the body shop with a nice shiny black roof and arches. Makes the rest of the body look a bit tired and dull now!

Getting bored waiting for it to come back from the bodyshop... so have fitted the oil temp sender to the block... and tinted the rear screen

Refitted the front subframe and etch primed the arches.

What didn't i do to my mini today?............
Fit my new handbrake cables. The hole for the clevis pin to go through is just to small, didn't find this out till I had already taken off the old ones.
As you can imagine I wasn't to happy but I just had to except it and refit the old ones.
A little modification and the new cables should fit, just didn't have the tools at the time.
All in all a bit of a bummer.
However i did fit my roof rack

today i replaced battery earth which solved my starting problemo
and fixed brake lights shorting out.. oh and cleane it

my enthusiasm came back toninght, on the way back from brands hatch. ive since then refitted the gloss black bonnet, grill trim, polished my parcel shelf, as its exposed, found another headlight rim thing, to replace the missing one, and done the tyre pressures.
