Popped out to give the oil a chance to get up to temperature and what should be going down the road in front of me?

LIfted the carpet to replace the crossmember - the floor was not in great condition so decided to bite the bullet and do the job properly. Temporarily a Flintmobile .

Lowered the dash and put in the correct Mpi oil/volt gauges. Waiting for loom to arrive, hopefully this week(?), and will then put it all back together. However, bloody minis! Found out I need a small hole welding on drivers side footwell, new brake shoes and a slave cylinder for rear drivers side wheel.
Ah well could be worse, lol!

Fitted the new rear wheel cylinder and brake shoes to the passenger side, stopped a weeping issue by adding new thermostat gaskets and wired Mpi volt and oil clocks in.
Had a wiring issue which had me pulling my hair out for a few hours. Finally sorted the bugger out in the end, mind.

Adjusted and fitted the dash back together. Which I did better than ever this time as I made some adjustments, and added some new fuses.
