Prior to my hospital stay Minispares delivered my box of goodies, just need to get fit in order to get the bits fitted, they reckon it will take 6 to 8 weeks I am hoping by following the rules I can get the down to 4 to 6 weeks

Took it for a run in the driving rain having finally resolved the starting issue I’ve been chasing for a few weeks.

Thanks to everyone for the input to help resolve!

It's been suffering from overheating on big hills and "spirited driving" in the recent warm weather, temp needle going to hot and taking ages to return to normal. So changed from 3 core standard Rad to Fletcher Alloy Rad. What a difference! Temp just rises above normal and drops back to normal really quick.

Dusted it off and drove it to the paint place to get some nice Bermuda blue mixed for my Morris minor traveller resto. So nice to be out in the sunshine with the roof open and my hair all fluffed up

Ordered some Minilites. So excited.

Replaced sooted up spark plugs. Adjusted carb mixture to run a bit leaner. Drilled holes in me air box. Goes a million miles an hour now.. should get one of those gunson colortunes I think to give me some indication on AFR
