load bed sprayed, interior sprayed. Hopefully by the end of the week it should be all done except the roof!

998 carb Vizardification, Well worth doing, noticed better throttle response and pulls a little harder, and free! if you got a file/dremel that is....

Started to make further repairs patches, this time for the rear valance.
On the good side, it fits nearly perfectly to the area I cut out.
On the not so good side: I didn't took measurements before cutting out. Happy to have the body to take some measurements and a spare new valance. None does really match haha...
Will do two tack welds and present the valance on the car tommorow.

Like to know more information on the vizardifican of the carbie. Any posts on it.
It's quite easy to do, if you buy David vizards tuning the a series engine it's all in there. The long and short of it is remove the carb, remove the butterfly to allow removal of the spindle, then remove material as I did. You leave material around the countersink on the top side and thin out the bottom leaving a few threads. I finish mine with emery cloth of varying thickness to produce an aerofoil shape. Would advice if you do it protect the two ends of the spindle that located into the carb body else you'll get air leaks. Also loctite the screws in place and trim the excess threads left by the screws

Made my repair on the rear valance.
