Well... I was doing something very simple, but as always not so simple!!
Bleeding system after putting servo back in and manged to do this -
Managed to shear both front bleed screws
So my relative easy thing to do is now resulting in giving calipers to a good friend who will hopefully machine them out - whilst there off, new discs, pads, shocks and maybe a lick of paint on the calipers.
Soooo - what colour should I do the calipers? original goldish I think, or Blue? I like blue lol

Weld a nut to the nipple thats left. The heatshrinks the thread and the nut gives you something to get a spanner on.. i did it with some metro turbo calipers

Started stripping stuff off the engine in preparation to fit a new LCB and 'Y' piece, the old 'Y' piece was hanging on to the exhaust by rust and a prayer so Mr Angry the angle grinder came out as there was no chance of separating it from the LCB. Also noticed an engine rattle developed on the way back from the Llandudno run last weekend, sounds like timing chain. I'm wondering if the tensioner is flopping about, I've got vernier duplex timing gear but I didn't realise the tensioner wasn't needed so fitted it. The rad is now out for access to the timing cover.

Fitted my new rear lights (Xmas gift) and new VIN/Commission plates, also gave the brakes a clean and adjusted them ready for its MOT in a couple of weeks time.
