Messed around for an age trying to get the lights and grille in the right places on the fibreglass front end on my clubman build. Oh and attacked my finger with a carbide burr in an air dremmel thing.

robbed the front hub and cv off my project for my daily....miss the bearing squeal now!!

Fitted a new spotlight bar with two 7" and one 5" spots. Went to change the windscreen (chipped) and cracked the new one

stonechipped my bulkhead and test fitted my front subframe

Last of the welding, some sanding,some filling and taping up for sealant.

The wife robbed it to go shopping, when she came back i put some nice new shiney wheels on it and went for a test drive. Nice!

Spent all day machining parts for the internal gear change.

Continued with my rebuild, welded up some holes and painted.

Made a wafer thin armrest section for my console

Fitted some new headlamp bowls, faffed with some wiring and drilled holes in my bulkhead for the extra fusebox and relays.

Test fitted the 12G940 Head to my 998 block, Ground off the top of the water pump, fitted Clutch Master Cylinder, Finished painting Sills with Black Tractor Paint.
