well i did want to do some welding but other things got in the way so didnt do nout will tomz

Well i ripped out my dash, rewired the lot because i got worried about how messy it was back there, and shorting out issues.

Put it all back in.

And something shorted out

FOR *******S SAKE!

Ripped it all out again, and shrink wrapped every connector separately, then together.

All fine now.

my car now doesn't rattle

changed the subframe mounts, tomorrow/today fit the fibreglass front on with bonnet pints and something else, not quite sure what yet, then fit electronic fuel pump and clean the engine bay. Maybe start cutting the hole and sorting out the wiring for the weber box

Just ordered £500 worth of bits from MiniSpares. I am just about to go out now, change the rocker cover gasket, oil etc and start it up for the first time in 5 years! Also going to give the arches a good clean out, degrease the engine bay and WD all the suspension bolts, to make my life easier for when all the new bits turn up.

Mine isnt governed by law and sod the law anyway

Sorted out all the loose wires, fitted some of the interior back, now have to fit the seat and belts back in and put new disc's and pads on (but thats tmrws job). And hopefully a delivery of new shiny bits will turn up in the morning
