I started buying bits ready for my suspension overhaul. Lots of penetrating spray, an inpection lamp, and a heater for the garage! Hopefully tomorrow all my MRA and minispares bits come in :)

I need to do this as my front end is sat on the bump stops.
But i have managed to top up the oil (small leak somewhere near the bottom pulley) and tightened up the squealing fan belt, also checked the tyre pressures

Drove it to work and back home yesterday ( weather was dry ) :(

last job I did on mine.........

I've just put the Mini away for the winter (don't want it getting too cold :( )
but last minute mod which was cheap and easy but I think looks good was a pair of clear side indicators to replace the orange ones.

£2.99 including orange bulbs on e-bay - bargain - and only took 2 mins to fit

thankfully my box n clutch setup should be more than adiquate now, but i am lacking an LSD so that is on the list, looking to be around the 5k mark so supprisingly your not far off. But thats without ECU etc and sure iv missed some odd bits too. sooo not for a while...good thing the current engine works
