Managed to un-do the EXTREMELY tight castle nut allowing us to remove the front discs

(And also managed to bend two wheel studs in the process)

And booked fella in to fit new front and rear window seals for tomorrow

no, I have no fingers, and at £60 fitting I'd rather let someone with insurance F it up :)

Took old dash old, played with fitting gt clocks and rev counter. Felt a Pratt when I tried to start the engine using the heater control as a choke.

fitted the side panel to my mini and took door step sill off along with sill

Stripped my 998 motor to get ready for the machine shop to see if my engine is salvageable. Hope to build a twin cam 8 valve motor on throttle bodies.

I spent some time today staring at my mini wishing my student loan would hurry up so I can give it a service and get it running nicely for the spring! I haven't driven it since July and I miss it!

Started making a 'roll over' jig to do body work. 12mths since starting rebuild.........almost half way.. WOOHOO!
