Spent a long time polishing it, then drove around a muddy field in Swansea.

I welded the boot floor, welded new rear valance and closing plates, started painting rear bumper and started fitting group 2 arches to my clubman.

Well this month I'm getting the mini ready to MITP which means a bit of a spruce up, a few little touches, a few little mods.
First one the list was the clean up the opening rear quaterlights.
I had a spare set laying around, I've taken the frames off and cleaned up the glass (despite it being awful and stone chipped) and started spraying the frames.
Don't know what it will turn out like, not seen it done before, could be a nice touch, could be an epic fail!

This is one of them mid-spray in my home made spray booth (a clothes hanger and a plastic bag)

Focus is a bit (read: very) off but you get the idea. (Should have used MF instead of AF I guess)

fitted and wired a shiny new rear fog lamp - it didnt work! tested the old one again it didnt work. pulled on the wire and it hadnt been wired up at all-

I had a little wire burn through a couple of weeks ago and had to have parts of the loom re wired: i guess they forgot to wire up the rear fog! GRRRRRR

I then checked the front and they havent wired that too. I would drive back a kick up hell but its a rather long drive from sweden to leamington spa!!!
