Tomorrow is other scuttle closer, intermittent wiper box thing, new passenger seat plus mounts, headlights on and adjusted, maybe tidying up the rear valance.
Any whatever Junky brings over to be bolted onto hers

Seems weird to be working on my other mini after spending 5 years working on my vauxhall conversion. All this in the name of research as well for my university project.
I have managed to do what first took me almost 3 months with in a day. If it wasn't for the seized wheel I most likely would have had the engine out.
No way is that 998 going back in there. Hmmm, I spy a c20xe sitting a few yards away. Shame I only own half of it. I would have to buy half of it off my mate Dom if I was to use it. Also I don't want to cut the body up to get a different engine in.

Found out that my car seems to be able to set off the house alarm (the outside bit of it). Think I need to find my suppressor and put it back on,

I dont know why people make a big fuss of loom work.. they really are quite simple if you look at it bit by bit :)

Sorted out Ogys bodywork (sanding etc).. took a look at some dubious welds at the rear of the car while dave fannied about with the seats.
Fixed Nellys running issues, dodgy coil and squashed leads meant she ran like plop. Also made a grave mistake and pulled up some flooring and found a hole made a temporary fix. Also put a sticker on the rear window. Think that's it!

Along with some new Spartan plugs and HT leads
On top of all this I've fitted a vacuum gauge and a new aerial so I can listen to the radio
