My K&N air filter came today. I modified the stock airbox by adding 1.5 inch holes around the outer sidewall for more air and added the K&N.
Also sanded, cleaned and vynil wrapped the 3 piece dash with a woodgrain vynil. I think it turned out pretty good.

Gave it a bloody good clean ready for Poole Quay mini night this Friday and Beaulieu mini show on Sunday! :D

Also helped my mate replace the offside ball joint and CV boot on his mini for his MOT! Fairly productive mini related day!

This was my evening on monday, left my lights on for 2 hours and my battery was already on its way out, tried jump starting and bump starting but didnt have enough power there, didnt even light up my charging and oil pressure lights on my dash, so bought a new battery and she starts a lot easier now!

My Lambda sensor arrived at work today! I was all set up ready to sneak off a bit early and start on the manifold, when the whole of Bagshot had a power cut.

So after getting the lights back on to the good people of Bagshot and the surrounding areas, I finally stumbled in through the door at half 9 and thought I may as well do it now.

2 hours later and the new manifold is fitted and the engine is back together.

Just need to connect the downpipe to the linkpipe to the CAT and I can finally drive my Mini again :D
