Quick, someone shoot me! What did I do to my mini(s) today?... I agreed to buy another one >.>

Posted Image

for $650.. about 415 pounds... 61 morris internal tank woody 81xxx vin

I was going to trade a shell for it... but he decided he just wanted to get rid of his mini stuff. It comes with a rebuilt 1100 with a 940 head, twin su's with cooper style airbox, and a full set of cosmic mk2's. (and no! It doesn't come with the barbie jeep! :P )

Oh, in other news, I cut sections of the outer sill out of the 60 shell and placed the pup-to-be up on blocks further away from the floor... The van is still trapped in the other garage, and the mk4 is still pleading not to be cut up to use in repairing the van... News at 11.

Chris

Book her back in for retest in the morning. Cleaned and polished inside and out. I think it says a lot when they get clean looked after older cars.

that is a very nice interior, and the wheel is nice too but maybe it's a bit too modern with the classics and centre clock, I reckon if you're going to change it this one would suit it:

I think the all black wheel suits it.

My god that's neat! And clean too, I mean mine is clean but used often (and still being worked upon) clean. That's cleaner than some... Most of my clothes!

Very nice interior, dude. I'm considering swapping mine now :gimme:

Today however, I pulled the headlights off 'Ogy' (with tools and stuff), plus the bumpers, aerial, fog light and a couple of other bits that stick out that hopefully by the weekend won't even show they were ever there... :shifty:

Ha! It is very clean but my excuse is thats its pretty much a brand new interior and I had just vacuumed it,not that I have ocd or anything...Cough..
I know what you mean Joseph it is a bit modern,I saw a car at L2B with one and it looked great but maybe that wheel in the link would look better?
Saying that I love the way the Momo feels when driving.

Productive day today did spark plugs, Ht leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, oil, tie bar bushes, ignition cover and rear lights.
I also had a look at the gear change mounts but they were so deteriorated and flexible that I couldn't undo the bolts.
