Noticed griding noise front wheel,, taken wheel and all else off, gaitor split, grease and sand don't go well together, bearings shot and all needed petrol cleaning, started again and put new gaitor ,bearings and fresh high temp grease on it, 1 hour job in the sun, basking away but got it dont, very 'quiet' in the car now.

Flatted back the remainder of Erms paint work and buffed him up to a proper shine. Under the bonnet to do next.

Cleaned it, which was difficult in such hot weather, trying to try it before the sun did. Then 2 layers of SRP and finally waxed. Haven't had it looking so clean since last summer.

As the Mini Forum was offline yesterday, i went down to my local Tesco's Supermarket and re-created a picture i saw someone post on these forums
