Given my beast some eyes, technically had them before but weren't bolted in, so now looks a little more complete! (had work today so this was a 5 mins
job before work)

Tightened the fan belt because it was squeaking, did it a bit too much though so I'm gonna have to slacken it off a bit

Yesterday, took off the manifolds to replace the gasket because there'd been a blowing noise for a while. Couldn't work out if it was from the gasket or the LCB itself, so went with the cheapest option first.

Umm... well it wasn't the gasket that was the problem.

This part came completely away. I think it happened in June/July last year when I went to a beach with the Mini club. Had a large guy in the back and when leaving, went down a ditch off the grass car park (thought it would be safe to) and had a couple of speed bumps down the road. Ever since then there had been a blowing noise and a petrol smell. Sounded good, though!

Although it was completelt split, both parts were still held in place where they were. Just used a bit too much fuel.

Fitted new poly mounts to the tower and rear of the front subframe. Then all most finished Pitt on a lcb and manifold. Just need to bolt the back box up to the rear subframe. The front front subframe mounts are a bit of a odd set up in poly! Not fitted them! Think I may buy solid one. Propper job.
