Ok then, im guessing this is the next BIG event to celebrate the mini's 45th Birthday,

We at theminiforum are hoping to get a club stand, where we will be displaying ANYBODY who is interested mini. We are hoping to get it all sorted. SOOO

who will be interested in coming? the date for it is

7th and 8th of August

this is what it will have

Camping area
trade Stands
Massive Free Mini cavalcade
HUGE, FREE show and shine
Club stans with prizes
Family entertainment area
Interactive stands
Emergency Services Display
Amazing Stunts Display
Evenings Entertainment
beer Tent
Track time

It will cost £10 per day and is held at Silverstone Race circuit in Northamptonshire.

So stick ya names down if you are interested and we will see if there is enough interest from forum members to get a BANGING club stand up...

This will be an ideal chance to put names to faces.

its the g/f's birthday on the friday tho, but the track time might swing it.. shes a bit of a petrol head too

also, i think its not defo, but we might have also a markey to put all your minis in!!! under shelter etc... so they can be cleaned nicely, and also possible a massive BBQ for all to use (but food must be suplyed)

this is just some other ideas we are trying to sort,
we will have flags banners up and maybe a for sale stand for the site,, could even do are own auto jumble sale tooo.

but we realy need to get things flowing now ELSE we wont have nothing...

Got to get this sorted early and think of lots of ideas, are you trying to sort the T-shirts out for then too?? Are they still going ahead??

Yeah, Jules dont spose you picked up a flyer from that Printing stand that did everything from stickers to t-shirts and banners?

im really gona try and get down but would have to be under my own steam. could be a problem as i dont start me lessons till the 19th of next month which dont leave long for me to pass my driving test and get a licence.
