Dean had a nice delivery earlier today. nice pair of carbon fibre door cards. fair play they look mint :D

yep,got my new door cards delivered this week so today i set about getting them fitted :D Dean

managed to get a few hours spare to get on with rebuilding vinis engine. ive replaced the dodgy piston,replaced all rings,replaced bigend bearings,fitted new oilpump,waterpump and all seals and gaskets.also used the baffled sump which was fitted to my spare gsi lump :) Dean

a few more bits to add to the engine build.organic competition clutch kit and kent cams adjustable venier. :)

What camshaft are you going for?

gonna take the head up to a guy called craig at AP developments near me.hes prepping the head for me and hes also an agent for jenvey throttle bodies and CAT cams so we will see what he recomends.he also has rolling road and remaps ecu,s.gonna pay him a visit on tuesday :) Dean

after hearing so many stories about how weak the conrod bolts are on vauxhall lumps.i thought i would order some of these.ohh well off with the sump again lol better safe than sorry :) Dean

Yep,got my head back from AP Developments and looks pretty good after they reworked it.will get some more pics up once ive finished painting it and fitted it on the block :)
had a bit of a mad one this weekend as i decided i wasnt happy with the way my interior was looking.so it was time to start stripping everything out.carpets,seats,dashboard,rollcage.also decided it was time the rearbins and seat bench came out too.managed to get most the paint off passenger rear floor but still got drivers side to do.gonna be tubbing rear arches and ripping headlining out ready for my carbon fibre roof in the summer.heres a few pics of todays carnage lol =] Dean

Progress is slow at the moment with so much going on at work but managed to get some more jobs done today.stripped the rest of the paint and rust off the rear floor and finished cutting out any excess metal and stenghthened drivers rear cage mounting point with some more metal :)

also primered up any metal that doesnt need any more welding or grinding lol.hope to start tubbing the arches next weekend :) Dean
