Gas pedal, carburetor, choke cable connected

Petrol line connected, and blocked that second hole that went to the anti pollution system before

Got coolant into the engine and the radiator. Plugged the heater hoses, and heater cable

I saw that the radiator touches the inner wing, so I found a little piece of bootlid rubber to put there. I hope it doesn't cause too much vibration

Prepared and painted the rim for the spare tire

And back on it's wheels. It's nice to see it settled down with the engine in. Right now the Hilos are at their lowest in the front but with fiddle with them if too low.

I put grease on all four corners in the suspension arms, but wasn't able to plug the nozzle on the rear radius arms because of the wheel arches. I found a nice little kit with angled nipples, so I put 90 degrees ones and it worked just fine

Also got the windscreen in with the help once again of my lovely wife. All windows are in! Still need the locking strip on this one

And, magically just like that, a chrome locking strip appears.
it was twice harder than the rear

I believe you plugged off the float over flow. The outlet to the emissions canister should be just above that on the carb. You can connect it to the vent from your tappet cover or cap the carb end and put a filter on the tappet vent.

Yes I plugged the carb end just with a tire valve stem and I have a nice filter on order to go on the tappet vent.

What they're trying to tell you is that where you have blocked off the second port on top of the float chamber, what you've actually done is blocked the vent/overflow. With this sealed off the float chamber won't fill properly and you'll have problems getting the car to run.
