I think you have to cut the front of the arch off, I'm sure someone on here has a orange clubman with sportpack arches

This post convinced me to go for 10" wheels >_<. I went for 10x6 ultra lights with the Mini Sport 7.5 alloy 4 pot front brake kit. I haven’t fitted the front brakes yet so have only tried the rear wheels.

Interesting look no?

i didn’t fit the original 8mm spacers that rover fitted with the 13" sports pack wheels as with these on there wasn’t really enough thread to screw the wheel bolts on.

Did anyone else use spacers to better fill the sports pack arches and if so did they use longer studs and what length?

It did look better with the extra 8mm but no way i would drive it like that.

I am still thinking of going to group 2 race arches at some point as I need to replace both front wings and those 'A' Panels, so changing arches won’t be too much work just the back holes to fill. But for now i intend to keep the sports pack arches.
thinking of that whats the best way to fill the small holes left when you take the sportspack arches off?

Sorry to bump an old thread guys.
I am looking to change from 13x7 to 10x6 and i have sport pack arches..
This is what it looks like now
Posted Image

They are ultralite 13x7 with a -7 offset
They are running the bigger disc brakes and i am more then happy to do a brake conversion.
I would like to put these bad boys on: http://www.midlandwh...Anthracite.html they are 10x6 with an offset of -7, I am worried that the wheels wont fill out the arches nicely.
I have hilos on the back so will i need them on the front as well?
It's a 1993 rover automatic :/ so the front sits a little lower due to the ugly sump so i don't want to drop it to much.
After finding this thread i like the look of 10's with the arches and sick of the way 13's handle and such.. I have only had them on 3 months an i have already changed a wheel bearing.

You can also go for 10x7 they will look great with sportspack and yes the tyre will be bit stretched. Check the red mini I posted in the Mini Stance thread

do you have to trim the front arches of a genuine sportspack mini to fit 10x7 wheels ? They already have 13x6 standard so I'm guessing the arches are bigger/big enough ?

i doute you'd have to alter ur arches as the arches are factory cut to fit the 13x6 and then your steering rack will have limiters so that will stop full lock and rubbing

I love the sportspack arches, but i haite spacers. Will these wheels look good without spacers?

Anyone know how to fit 10inch wheels with sportspack arches but with metro 4pot vented brakes? Do spacers work and are they good to drive with or do you have to go for the brake conversion kit??
