We watched 'Moonraker' last night & there were 3 - yes 3!! - Mini Mokes in it

We had to replay it a few times just to make sure lol

Has anybody else spotted any Minis lurking in a film?

Rach

PS We saw a couple of Mokes in 'The spy who loved me' as well :)

Yes I seem to remember seeing Roger Moore driving a Mini Moke in one of his Bond films. Of course Mini Mokes also appeared in the 1960's cult TV series 'The Prisoner' (and no I'm not talking about that Aussie prison drama 'Prisoner Cell Block H').

Apart from that there's been quite a few similar threads like this and here's a recent one: -

Theirs a mini clubman in lock stock and two smoking barrels. My mate was telling me about it a while ago and I finally found time to watch it. He was right as well.

Well here's Cliff Richard in the 1970's who ditched that double decker bus for a black slightly customised Mini Clubman in his 1973 film 'Take Me High' (& this is Cliff kids, so no narcotics were involved..............or sex): -

(I can't believe he threw that expensive Kenwood Chef away though. How terribly wasteful and it wouldn't be allowed nowadays)

Although he did get a bit close to ex-Dr Who girl Debbie Watling: -

Watched `Threads` the other night, a really good thought provoking film.
A few minis were caught in the filming of the film, no major parts though.

Wasn't 'Threads' to do with WW3 and a nuclear holocaust?

I've seen that film SO many times and just watched it again, first time I've noticed the clubby!
Some real tasty cars throughout the whole film in fact!

Well I had seen that film a few times before. It wasn't till I was at a club meet and I was told about it. So I then had to watch it to see it for myself.
