This means i will probs end up having to stick with my 998 if i have to change a wing due to rust does that class as a modification?

engine only carries 1 point, you start off with 12 and need 8

Bungle - read through but just double checking on the welding bulkhead bit?

Your title says "Weld up those bulkheads or face a test" Are you saying anything cut has to be welded? Or anything cut will pass aslong as it welded?

if your mini has a bulkhead box and isn't as factory and you weld it back to stock your ok, if you leave the bulkhead modified your in for an IVA

i think if you pass the IVA you get put on the Q plate
