 This means i will probs end up having to stick with my 998  if i have to change a wing due to rust does that class as a modification?

engine only carries 1 point, you start off with 12 and need 8

ACE say

it is necessary to differentiate between modification and repair. Any repair process that is in line with manufacturer's recommendations and that returns the structure to its original specification would not be considered to be a modification.

you can replace a wing with out worry

Bungle - read through but just double checking on the welding bulkhead bit?

Your title says "Weld up those bulkheads or face a test" Are you saying anything cut has to be welded? Or anything cut will pass aslong as it welded?
