Again same opinion as everyone else nothing wrong with greenstuff I use them and they are fine, but do perform better when they have some heat in them.

If you are just going to be tootling around town and not trashing your car hard around the country lanes then I would would go for either

EBC Blackstuff or Mintex pads! =]

i think thats the main problem drive around cornish lanes or taffy land hills and green stuff work well but drive on a motorway or around town and you don't get the heat into them

i prefered standard pads. my dad also used greenstuff and they made his discs warp.

Ive had Greenstuff on a couple of cars and do find them to be a little weak from stone cold but not too bad. They do however need a very long time to bed in. I reckon 800 to 1000 before mine are 100%. Obviously depends on the type of driving your doing.

I always change the discs with them. The old discs will nearly always have ridges in them which means they will take longer to bed in and of course the high points of the ridges will potentially damage the pad.

On discs I would always say go with a grooved, or drilled and grooved disc from a quality manufacturer. My Saxo (years ago...) warped my old standard discs after some 'spirited driving' and the subsequent warping knackered the pads. So I started again with quality drilled and grooved discs and they took a battering without fading or warping.
