Hiya All,

I've been thinking a lot about what colour blue I would like my mini and I still cant decide....it'll be some sort of blue with a black roof.

I was hoping if guys could help me out

Tahiti Blue- My favourite and prefered

You could go with Shockwave blue - awesome colour, kind of similar to Subaru, as seen on Australian Falcons

I'll be putting on some black cf wheel arches & bootlid.

Not too bad Cobra, although I wouldn't mind something a bit darker so suit the black roof and outer bits and still keep the brightest of the main blue colour if that makes sense

I have seen that colour on a Falcon with black stripes etc - looked quite good. The black was a matt black in this case tho.

It is a much better colour in person than in photos unfortunately, it is a metallic pearl blue - looks great in the sun.

Pageant Blue is quite nice .. we do some of our engines in that and looks spot on

Cheers! Always nice to hear encoragement The only combo I like better than a vibrant blue and black is white and black (not that im biased ) Sounds awesome!

EDIT: Just read your project page too, we both have J reg City E's.... high 5's! Good work, the finished car should be excellent

I really like the very light powder blue on the new fiat 500's not sure it would go with a black roof though. then there is the BMW blue like on the M3's circa 1999

There seems to be a lot of people going blue and black this year.

Mine is going to be Ford Imperial Blue body (aka 04 plated RS Focus) with Ford Panther Black roof.
