I'm sure Mr. Maniflow wont force you to buy his stuff if you ask for a price quote... :shifty:

For a picture look on the TDK racing site, there pictures on there of the owners miglia.

Theres also somebody on here with a miglia exhaust, IIRC it was pretty pricey around the £400 mark.

Theres also somebody on here with a supercharged car that was on the miniworld cover. It had a miglia style system made using a normal mini system but with 2 triumph TR backboxes crafted in.

If I remember correctly I asked maniflow how much they were when I ordered my manifold, I think it was £190 for two back boxes and the link pipe, all in mild steel and the tailpipes come overlong so you cut them to the desired length. They also do them in stainless.

Also best to ask if you can fit them in with the battery box still in place.

They are quite noisy and need a lot of serious revs to make them work well, say over 6000 rpm up to 8000+. Below those revs the single exhaust at 1.75" will be more effective at getting the exhaust gas out whilst giving best power - a lot cheaper too.

race box's have to be quiet remember, usualy below circa 100Dbs

maniflow do a road version... so they are the same araingment, but the pipe works smaller diam' and the exhaust tips rather than being simple black cut pipe, there chromed outward rolled tips

That should be good as the cross sectional area will probably be the same as a 1.75" single pipe or thereabouts which will work in exhaust gas velocity terms.
100 Db's can be quite loud depending on where it is measured. Rally exhaust have to be 97 Db max at 1/2 metre from exhaust outlet at 45 degrees at 5000 rpm. Remember, Db scale is logarithmic not linear.
