How do the minispares ones work ? I have visions of trying to get the rear slot over bolts not really visable, anyone got any vids of how they work bonnet on/off and how easy it is ? before I order a pair and the bump on the back of my head gets any bigger !!!!!

I have them on my van, work a treat, just have to be careful sliding the bonnet back on, I wasn't concentrating one time and 1 hinge wasn't aligned and I scratched a wing

I also have these, and while they do the job perfectly, they're not the best quality. I had to modify my a fair bit by filing the holes longer in order to make them fit and release smoothly, but it's still a bit of a fight each time. I do have a single skin fiberglass bonnet though so that might have effected things, however the reduced weight means I'm able to remove it and refit it on my own by wearing the bonnet as a hat lol

I have these. 2 man job to be sure.
Strangely I have to take the windscreen wipers off to make sure they don't hit the bonnet though. Not sure if it's the hinges or not

I emailed Tim at MiniMail yesterday lunch about a set of their quick removal brackets, £16 sent and they arrived this morning in the post!
