i waited, and waited some more, other costumers cars have jumped infront, and i got fed up waiting, so i've now decided to get the van back from the person who was supposedly welding and spraying it, and going to weld it myself and get someone else to paint it, as when it is sitting outside their workshop going rusty, i do not feel that it was making progress. i picked the van back up on the 29/10. it has cost me the sum of £450 for the person who has done this 'work' to it, to get it to this 'state' that its in now. i haven't had any offer of any money back from the person, and i doubt i will either. i have been very resonable over the past 3 weeks, and given the said person the benifit of the doubt, but after the last week and the chain of events that have unfolded, i feel that i have no choice other than to show everyone how it has been left. i feel i have been very fair by not mentioning who has done my van, or has not done it as the case may be, but that is not to mean that i will not say if people feel i should, just so they know not to use this certain person.......

Alex if you lived closer I would come and give you a hand... to help you get back on track and get your project going again.... I do feel for you being messed about and being out of pocket, some people have no consideration for others....

I'm restoring my van at the moment thats been sat in my mothers garage for 10years, I too have been alittle tarnished with the sub standard welding brush! but only a small area so I will fix it myself.
Like the sound of grey with black roof and GRP 2's though. Much like the same style im going for. (see below
