thanks mate, i'm so pleased with how that one came out, it was my 1st mini (had her 8 years!) will never sell her!!

haha, yeah i feel the same bout my mini, i can see myself restoring it again in about 10 years time, never gunna get rid of it, shes nearly finished, goin in for MOT this saturday so fingers n toes crossed

right quick update, sourced a good second hand door (bought it feb 09!) for £20, the guy had took it off his mk1 cooper in the 70's, been in his barn since. it is better than it looks, the skin is still attached at the bottom, the window runners are good too!! bargain or what??




also the dash that will be going into the van, needs a paint i think!!

the red mini looks lovely. and so does the van, just a shame about the bodges on it.

that door looks in good nick tho, especially to say its been sat around for nearly 40 years

yeah i had a right result with the door. had the bonnet off him too, with morris cooper badge on it! sitting in my garage now!!

do you know the name of the trim which sits at the top of the door pocket? the chrome one, i thought there was ment to be a trim on there but cant seem to find any at a quick look.

havent a clue mate, i will have 1 spare though if you need it, as i'm pretty sure both the doors that are on my van have them, and also that door has one on as you can see lol!

and cheers craig, hopefully kel will be cutting it apart on monday, he is just so crammed to the rafters with other work at the moment! so long as its ready for newquay its all good lol!!
